Today we would love to introduce you to NYC based singer songwriter, Lily Lane. 

Our new obsession, Lily is the newest breakout female artist in the music and fashion scene, whose voice is original and brings feeling back into music. She is a young, gorgeous and incredibly talented singer and songwriter based in New York City. This 22 year old’s music mixes classic Hollywood with grungy downtown Manhattan style. Lily has the voice, ambition, and drive of a music business veteran with decades of experience singing the blues, performing sold out shows, and touring the world. Leaving her hometown of Boston, MA for NYC directly after graduating high school, Lane started to pursue the music industry with a youthful energy and sense of ambition that has allowed for her success thus far.

Lily Lane has proven herself as an entertainer as she joining worldwide superstars such as Big Time Rush, Cody Simpson, and Hot Chelle Rae as an opening act on their tours. She has performed as the headline acoustic artist at various reputable events and venues, such as singing the National Anthem for the MLB Knicks at Madison Square Garden and dazzling the crowd at KIIS108FM’s summer Kiss Concert in Boston, sharing the stage with acts such as Flo Rida, Enrique Iglesias, Gym Class Heroes, and The Wanted.

In NYC, she has sold out shows at The Bitter End, Webster Hall, Irving Plaza, and Gramercy Theatre. After much anticipation, in January 2014 Lily Lane released her first EP, “Nothin’ But Trouble” which, foreshadowing her greater success to come, is being featured on many episodes of the number one young adult television show, ABC Family’s Pretty Little Liars.

Evoking the greats like Billie Holiday, Nancy Sinatra, and some of her modern day inspirations like Amy Winehouse, Joss Stone, and Lana Del Rey, her enchanting sound and gorgeous looks set her apart from the rest. Set to take the music industry by storm, this is just the beginning for Lily Lane, who’s 5’10” frame paired with edgy-scene-stealing music is sure to make her one of fashion’s newest darlings in the scene.
