DISNEY X COACH | "A DARK FAIRY TALE"

Coach introduces “A Dark Fairy Tale” a Pre-Fall 2018 collection.

It is Coach's third collaboration with Disney, this ready-to-wear collection embraces the darker side of the childhood classics. The brand is translating Dsney to adoults by using iconography from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves and Sleeping Beauty, this playful take on nostalgia is edgy, ironic, and totally enchanting. 

Coach Creative Director, Stuart Vevers states, “I have always loved Disney—both the movies and the fantasy worlds created that have captured my imagination for many decades. It was fun to explore the darker side of these stories and mix Disney’s nostalgic charm with Coach’s creativity to bring my memories from these fairy tales to life within our world of accessories and ready-to-wear. The Disney spirit truly reinforces the new youthful perspective we are bringing to luxury at Coach.”

Today in New York City,  ‘Disney x Coach: A Dark Fairy Tale’ launches the collection with an event at Coach's Soho location. The collection will be available globally on May 14th in stores and at coach.com
